This frame was made by Ron Stout, a custom frame builder in Salt Lake CIty, producing high end frames from 1973 to the early 90s. This one is stamped 7451, which I believe is his 51st frame, built in 1974. It's super light, made in Columbus steel, and came with a matching pump.
